Time and time again

*wrote this and forgot to post it*
Yes, spare me the “what happened to posting on the site?” and “you said you were going to write something!” I know. And in fact, I have even been outdone by Poo Blossom herself, with more posts recently. Frightening, I know.
But this story is worth a little documentation. It was a nice and unexpected turn of events. Here is the skinny, folks. PB, FunChip, MW, Blade and myself headed off to a little adventure at Schaeffer Farms. And who did we run into in the lot? Some of our favorite local (and national) mountain bike legends, RickyD and JoJo.
They were super cool, as always, and joined us for what can only be described as a joyous spring day on some mighty fine steeds. I must admit, I do get a sort-of-tingley-sensation when the Posse rides in style. I mean, come on, who wouldn’t take notice as a Jones, a Seven, a Quiring, a Turner, a Rocky Mountain, a Fetish, and a Santa Cruz roll on by? Traveling in style…

Ice: 3 Steve: -2 (and that’s the temperature of his fingers)

On this chilly Sunday, Posse riders Tulip, Fatleg, and Monkeywench braved the cold to undertake a rare Posse adventure: the elusive Snow Ride.
Good thing Tulip and Fatleg both dressed in full snow camo – they were almost indistinguishable from the powdery drifts.
Tulip discovered the magical properties of ice.
Ice that he then attempted to steal (sans gloves).
And then he took a nap.
Fatleg and Tulip speculated whether a rock or the ice would win. (The rock won).
And they lived happily ever after, counting down the days until the next Snow Ride!
